Processing
Orders are picked, checked and dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch, so the delivery time starts when your parcel leaves us, not when you place your order.
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and weekends, public holidays and exceptional courier delays may affect delivery.

What if I’m out when it arrives?
Your tracking link lets you follow the parcel and manage delivery options such as a safe place or neighbour where the carrier supports it. If a delivery is missed, the tracking page will show redelivery or collection options.
Can perfume legally ship by post?
Yes. Fragrances are shipped in compliant packaging using carrier services approved for these products, packed securely to protect the bottle in transit.
