Our promise

Every bottle we sell at Arabic Aura is 100% genuine. No fakes, no copies, no grey-market stock, no refills. If any product you buy from us is ever proven not genuine, we will refund you in full.

Where our stock comes from

We source our perfumes through authorised distributors for the houses we stock — Lattafa, Reef, Khadlaj and French Avenue. Every bottle is sealed and sold exactly as described on its product page. We state this in writing, under our real business name, with a real UK address and a real contact email — because a seller who stands behind their stock has nothing to hide.

What arrives in your parcel

  • A sealed bottle, in its box, exactly as described on the product page.
  • Free standard UK delivery on every order, dispatched within 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • 14-day returns on every bottle. If a gift misses, or the scent is not for you, you can return it.

If something is wrong

If you believe a bottle is not genuine, tell us straight away at supportarabicaura@gmail.com. Keep the bottle, box and packaging, and do not use the bottle further once you have decided to dispute it. We will put it right — and if the product is proven not genuine, we refund you in full.

How to check your bottle when it arrives

A few simple checks, before you spray:

  1. Seal and box. The seal should be flush, with no obvious peeling. Printing should be sharp and clean, with the brand and scent names spelled correctly and consistent fonts between box and bottle.
  2. Batch code. The batch code on the box should be present and should match the batch code on the bottle.
  3. The bottle itself. A genuine bottle has a satisfying weight, clean edges, an even coating and a cap that fits properly. The atomiser should produce a fine, even mist.
  4. Compare with our photos. Compare the bottle with the product photos on our listing. If the shape, proportions, cap or label differ from the genuine bottle photographed there, contact us before you spray.

If anything about a bottle worries you, email us a photo and tell us what you found. We would rather answer the question than have you wonder.

What we do not claim

We do not claim to verify batch codes through an official checker, because for the houses we stock there is no official public tool that does that. Reef, for example, publishes no public batch-code checker. Anyone who claims they can “verify” a Reef batch code for you through an official tool is making a claim that cannot be true — the only batch-code check that means anything is the match between box and bottle, and whether the code looks professionally applied.
